If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company details and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to you and discuss potential business services.
This website
The current website does not contain account registration or payment processing. The quote request form on the web-development pages (enerihq.com/web/ and enerihq.com/es/web/) does not send data to our servers or to third parties: it prepares an email that the visitor reviews and sends from their own email account, so nothing reaches us until it is sent. It does not intentionally use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting provider may process basic technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, for security, reliability and delivery of the site.
How long information is kept
Business correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage enquiries, business relationships, records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information where applicable.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support our email, hosting or business operations, or disclosed where required by law.
